Yoga Plow Pose flip
I have a very stressful life. Yoga is a healthy stress reliever. I start out lying down, use core strength to lift my legs straight into the air while keeping my hands flat on the ground. Slowly, I move my legs over my head while keeping my neck straight. I kind of am in a triangle shape now. Then I wrap my knees around my head move my hands to prepare for a flip, lift my legs and bring my head through.
