Let me introduce you today a pose good for your spine... Tiger pose, Eka Hasta Vyaghrasana.
Benefits:
It stretches the shoulder and front of the thigh.
It strengthens the arms and tonifies the kidneys. It increases energy.
It stimulates the endocrine system (adrenal glands)
If you can't grab your foot, it is not a problem of course!
Do not hesitate to place a folded blanket under the knees to protect them from pressure and stress.
