In general, the nationality should not be taken in such conflict. The personality makes people. If you are not happy with the users then name them but please leave the nationality away.
Unwillingly, I was witness of that conflict and I have not taken any side. Because I can understand what you mean with keys and changes that the only owner of account can do and I agree with that.
