I may be developing a xanax addiction
Recently I've been taking xanax to help me deal with my current breakup and I've learn to love/hate it. For one, it takes away all the anxiety and horrible feelings I have about my ex girlfriend and her with another guy but on the other hand I feel my tolerance getting stronger and lately I've been feeling down about life and I'm torn about the xanax use.
Does anybody else have this problem, or any suggestions.

Be careful with coming off xanax too quick. Try to ween down on valium. Its rough and depending on dosage, can give you a seizure from withdrawals also.
