I worry that the people who already are aware of it will nod their head and thank you, whereas those who need to hear it, will not be able to listen.

This is the way with most things in life I feel and a big part of the reason we have as much suffering as we do and unfortunately I can't count myself out of this number because I am aware that I have blind spots too, we all do but with the right communication and understanding, I think we can make positive progress, little by little. :)
