A nutritious breakfast in the morning gives your day a healthy start. It fuels your body with energy after a night of rest. A good breakfast includes protein, fiber, vitamins, and healthy carbs like eggs, fruits, whole grains, or nuts. It helps you stay active, focused, and in a better mood. Skipping breakfast can make you tired and unfocused. So, a healthy morning meal is key to a strong and productive day.
