Ten years ago I was unhealthy, unhappy & stuck in my London life of 9-5.
So, how is it that today I am more happy with the health of my body, mind & current situation than I have ever been?
Well my friends...
it is my intention to share with you now the secrets behind my ongoing transformation.
In a time of drastic change, it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists.
My awakening began in 2009
when I checked myself into a rehab clinic in South Africa after developing some bad habits during a career in the UK film industry which after the death of my father in 2002 led me to many years with Playboy TV.

As someone who has dedicated his life to making films, it doesn't make me feel great seeing all this porn listed next to my name and I can assure you I will not go to my grave leaving it looking like this.
REHAB
During my 4 months in the clinic I was forced to look inward and stop pointing at everyone else, blaming them for my problems.
I learned many valuable lessons about myself in this period but no longer live by the rigid rules of the 12 step programme today.
By chance I happened to watch a documentary there ‘The Secret’, which described something called the Law of Attraction.
Upon returning to the UK, I stayed 100% clean for a total of 18 months. Not even a coffee or cigarette! And I started reading as many books as I could on this subject, which led me to a bunch of other books… and it began to dawn on me how little I knew about the world!
Despite having received the best education England had to offer.
The veil of illusion was finally lifted.
At first I felt angry for having been deceived. Thankfully the daily words of Abraham which almost always speak of the Law of Attraction, pulled me back to WHO I REALLY AM.
I am JOY!
We are all joy.
I have noticed that @teamsteem posts using #joy as his main tag regularly.
It is my belief that those of us who consciously choose to walk this path will always reach the same conclusion:
It is better to focus on that which makes us feel good.
What subjects am I going to share with you?
Whilst putting the list together today I became aware for the first time how long it was and how much I have learned since 2009!
10 of the topics from my list:
FOOD & FASTING - the evolution of eating & progressive loss of knowledge. How & why has this happened?
SUNGAZING - why is everyone so afraid of looking at the sun? Especially when the Mayans, Aztecs, Egyptians, Tibetans & even some Indians use/used sungazing to gain something so indescribably beneficial.
EARTHING - the advantages of taking your socks & shoes off. What happens when your skin touches the oldest & wisest mother of them all? And why is this especially relevant in our modern world?
THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY - one of the most despicable lies going on today and a tough pill to swallow for many! And the solution is so much simpler than you might imagine.
VACCINES - how & why did they brainwash the world? An examination of international vaccination policies & my own personal experience watching my 2 unvaccinated children grow up in a world where they are now feared as being somehow dangerous to the vaccinated childeren.
EYESIGHT/VISION - how to cure your defective eyesight without going to an optician. Those of you who wear glasses will be invited to join me on a 60 course to correct your vision. I will be running my course as a Steemit exclusive.
CONSCIOUSNESS & INSTINCT - where does it originate and why are we here? We are capable of so much more than we currently understand! Our reliance on 'the system' has left us blind to our own abilities.
THE ILLUSION OF TIME - an examination of what this word time really means. Looking specifically at experiments which defy our understanding of time and relate back to the previous article on instinct.
DEATH - seriously over-hyped & nothing to worry about! Focussing specifically on the Pineal Gland, NDEs (near death experiences), channelling and my experiences with a Ouija board.
HUMANS & OUR PLAYGROUND - how much do we really know about our history here? Using numerous examples I will show you that we have been here much longer than history would have us believe. What does this mean for us today?

Lovely share brother, as one who is blessed to know you I am thankful for our paths crossing. Surely regrets are merely anchors in our past, inviting us to look at what we have yet to let go. Thank you for sharing your story with us all, it is inspirational and heartfelt.
I am sure you will continue to add conscious and compelling content to that imbd, however I for one am thankful for your participation in sexual liberation. No matter how far we have to go with that as a whole, without this contrasting era of your life we would have never met. There is always space for appreciation.

It has been a plan for some time now to share my experiences from our days together in the industry, which let's face it... were really rather special! I was going to do it through an account dedicated to this subject. But as you know, steemit can be rather time consuming and it's hard enough running two accounts... and a family... and a job!
Current project is the story of my father's life. Book first... then the film ;)

Haha I feel you ended up with the heaviest backpack! My only brotherly advice is to only do what feels good. Spending lots of time currency on Steemit is great, however balancing all our accounts, family and job is important too.
