Worried people tend to think anxious thoughts and eventually those thoughts are the skunk.
You stop noticing and learn to live with it. You get used to "stinking thinking" your thought pattern become so habitual as brushing your teeth.
You get so accustomed to thinking bitter, anxious, selfish thought that you stop paying attention
Take a step today and change the way you think, make consvious efforts to deal with your mental pictures.
