First aid when you are stung by a bee.
Bee stings are the circumstances in which the bee stabs with a sharp sting to the victim. Unlike the big bee or wasp that retracts its sting after attacking, the honeybees leave the sting and its poison pouch in the place of the sting. In some cases, a person affected by a bee sting may experience serious wound or allergic reactions and will require immediate treatment measures. If the first bee stings and emergency handling that we can do that is:
- When the honey bee stings, usually bee sting still stuck. Unplug the sting by heart using a sterile tool. Do not squeeze because it can cause toxins to increase in.
- Wash the area stung with soap and running water.
- Compress with cold water or ice to reduce the absorption and spread of toxins.
- Apply cream to reduce discomfort.
