Many children, since they have memory use, say they do not feel comfortable with their sex. Parents must be very aware of what our children say, how they feel and what they want to be. Transgender children are those children who, despite their young age, feel they are in the wrong bodies, despite their young age in the midst of their innocence, they act and express themselves, as the opponent of their sex, their own sexual identity .

Such is the case of three-year-old Andrès, born male, at his young age and with a disorder called Apraxia (impediment to articulate words), maintained and always stated that she was a girl, his parents worried repeatedly reiterated him that he was a child, under his sign language.

Irrespective Andrès, she continued with her position as a child, acting and maintaining her games as girls. Due to this Andrès was a victim of bullying at school. So he was growing, his addiction problems were improving, since his parents had him in treatment of language problems, when he was 11 years old, Andres was already a girl, her voice, her clothes, her friends, and now she calls herself Andrea.

His parents, due to the love they had for Andres, accepted that Andres, despite all the efforts to keep him as a boy, after much help with psychologists and child psychiatrists, the most accepted way to help him was to accept his condition. Condition that was criticized by family and friends.

The case of Karina, Venezuelan singer, is one of the most livable cases that shows how transgender children should be accepted. The Venezuelan singer brought two beautiful girls to the world and they were in good health. Hannah as Karina's daughter is called, from her first steps she identified as a boy, it was a bit difficult acceptance, because for parents it is a great controversy to approve this, but first God, the love of parents, psychological help in end diversity of research, therapies, were little by little accepting and today is when Hannah is a boy, valued and in society, recognized by friends, family.

When children insist that their gender does not match their body, it is to be listened to and begin to take their concerns into account. Many times we overlook and that is when family confusion and controversy can be created. In most families are faced, to decide what is best for this type of children, especially transgender children are seen as mysterious and full of trials.
