I need your feedback for an article I've been assigned to write about Steemit
Hello Steemit friends! You won't believe what one of my writing assignments is for Crypto Trader News. Now, I suspect that they know I've been an early adopter of the Steemit community and could turn it into a personal opinion piece, but I really want to reach out to the greater Steemit community and hear what you have to say.
This is what my editorial calendar had on it.
What do you mean, is Steemit still a thing!?
I would love to hear from some of the witnesses and community contributors. Please chime in if you have something to say. I can't promise I will quote you in the article, but I would like to really shine a light on Steemit to the Crypto Trader News audience.
Some questions you might answer:
- What prompted you to start a witness node?
- What are your favorite steem-backed apps?
- What keeps you coming back?
- What would you like to see changed or improved on?
- How relevant will STEEM be in 5 years? 10 years?
- On a scale of 1 (newbie) to 5 (pro), how comfortable are you with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency?
Most importantly, I'd like to hear your response to: Is Steemit still a thing?

Simple response: The Steem blockchain is certainly still a thing. Steemit as an app is a dying interface as the current generation lives and dies by their mobile devices thus making things like @partiko a much bigger thing :)
Great answer @captainbob. I saw the writing on the wall about app integration a while ago. Seems like the mothership is kind of the hording area of stuff anymore. The apps really help cut through the noise.
I almost missed this post..
I will try to respond this afternoon 😊🐥
