Inspiration is undervalued : The economic advantage of inspiration for an organization

In economy, things when wrong when something is not priced accurately, that's when unbalance situation such as CO2 accumulation happens. It's hard to think of a price for inspiration, however, we must consider more inspiration in our action. Doing inspiring stuff can look ridiculous at first, the interest is not here. Inspiration bring a lot of value in the long term. How many young student have been inspired by Einstein at the time ? There were so many, that they have even created a new theory called quantum mechanics. How many people are now inspired by the incredible work of Elon Musk in his companies ?

We need inspiration to get excited about the future. We can argue that inspiration is even more, it helps others to be more creative, it break barrier into our mind making us reconsider the given impossibility of something. Inspiration is near to music, of course music is an incredible interface to transmit inspiration, it's also the same feeling of bring people together with a shared love. When you try to inspire people, it's like if you was recording music in history. Your action will stick in people's minds, and as a song you love you will be excited while playing this idea in the back of their head.

When you inspire people you build trust and admiration for the future of humanity. That's all about. It's paradoxical that we don't consider that much inspiration regarding of the economic theory. Crisis happens when people stop to believe that the future will be good, and start to consider that the only thing that matter regarding of the future uncertainty is short term. That's when people delay their action, save more and get crazy on the stock market. Start to build inspiration around you, and your organization. It will bring you the trust you need to hire good people, and the strength to continue on your way as hard the road is.
