It Seems That I Am Starting To Have A Cough Now

Well this is really an issue, I could not afford now to suffer from a cough problem otherwise I would experience some repercussions about my being a dialysis patient. The dialysis center might send me to Manila where I will either die there or get well and still come back home.

That is why I am taking some lozenges right now in order to help me with my throat, it is quite itching making me cough a bit or get the urge to cough.

It could be a fluid in my lungs because the last dialysis that I had they weren't able to take out all the fluids that I told them to do. I now have to readjust what I will have to tell them next time and that will be for tomorrow's dialysis to compensate the fluids that they have to add again or fail to take out from my body.

But even though I am already full of water in my body before I do not get this cough issues. So I am worried now that this could be something or worse the CoViD which will be the final last nail in the coffin for me if things get ugly and I do find out that I have the dreaded virus already in me.

I am asking for you my friends to pray for me because I just do not want to die a lingering death. Call me a coward but like any other creatures I am always wanting to evade any discomfort that is coming my way. May God help me.

I am so sorry you are going through this. It sounds awful. It has always sounded awful.

Take off that mask for one - those make respiratory issues far worse. Breathe in some cinnamon oil, or crushed cinnamon bark steeped in hot water, a few times a day. Smoking something - tobacco even - might help your lungs, and tobacco is calming. Mullein if someone can find that for you. Take zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin A, any or all of these. Get some fresh air.
I will pray for you!

Thank you for your advice @owasco
Right now I am taking vitamin D and some vitamin C. I am using sauna suit so that I can let out some body fluids, I had sweated a lot, I am much feeling better with no urge to cough now. Probably it was just my throat but I am worried still.

I'm so sorry to hear this @cryptopie. Just make sure to keep brushing your teeth often after the lozengers. The sugars can rot your teeth. It happened to me once. This downright sucks that you have a cough. Is the medicine working, do you feel? Or not? I'll pray for you really really hard about you everyday. I hope there will be good results at your dialysis and that there will be a turn-around in your recovery from TB. You can beat this.

The lozenges seemed to work @gungho and right now I am trying to sweat a lot to ease my body with some extra fluids. This will be a long night and I will try to sleep it off. Thank you for all your prayers and concern.

May God help you and recover soon.
