How to handle break up?

It is hard to loose someone you love ,but you have to do it because it was the right thing.

When both side agreed to end the realtionship
It is a good way.The hard thing is tha when the other one left without any words like a bubbles who disappears any seconds.

When it happened what will you do? Will you just stay home and shut yourself in? Will you choose to be deppress or will you open your mind that he/she is not worth for your love?

Well yeah it is normal to mourn with anger.Cry all you want because its a good thing to cry and tell yourself that it will be ok so soon.Anger is dangerous to your heart examine yourself always,meditation would help.Help yourself coz the world is not turning because of him or her.The world is big try to look around wbat you can do.Try to make new things..Ennoy yourself instead of shutting youself in the room.Have fun with friends do what you always do,lime reading,cooking,dancing,singing,playing,find some ways to focus your mind not to think of him/her because the more you don't do things the more you get deppress and deppression is really an issue all around the earth.Tressure your life.Your life is valuable.

Exercising is a good start as well of course you have to eat nutrious food.Have a vood enough sleep.You will notice one day that you forgot everything bout him/her and realize and ask why did I cry for him? Haha well yeah?
Time will heal as a process of moving on then you will be ready and say "I am good now"

Heal yourself first before intering a new one cause it would not be helpful for both of you.It would be unfair for the other one.There would be a time that you will compare her or him to your X.So Heal your heart first before you jump in to other OK 😉

Be yourself is my tip.Be happy and you will be good and when your done with your feelings you can shout and say "I am free" hahaha
