You may not have many votes (too late for me) but I'm pleased to see you have a good number of visitors (I presume most are readers).

You are obviously having to do reasearch so as to keep your story factually (to a degree) based. Is it going to take off one day and point in new directions? I get the feeling it is what you want to achieve.
