The Phone That Knew The Future

Sami was an ordinary teenager in a very unexciting town- his biggest adventure was once chasing a chicken that stole his sandwich. But everything changed he found a weird phone buried under a tree in school. It was old, dusty, and somehow already fully charged(no charger needed - suspicious!)

When he turned on, the screen flashed:
" Hello, Sami! I am SmartPhoneius. I know the future. And also your search history."
"What?!"
He almost threw it into the river . But it showed him a news headline:
" Principal's Office Destroyed by Lightning. No School Tomorrow." Sami laughed." Yeah right would be - Boom!"
Lightning struck. The Principal's wig out the window. School was cancelled.

Sami's brain exploded( not literally).

From then on, the phone became his fortune cookie. It told him when it would rain, when his math teacher would give a surprise quiz ( "Fake a stomachache Now!"),and even when the cafeteria would serve actual food instead of " mystery soup."

But then... things got weird.
The phone said " In three days, you will lose me. Also, your socks will vanish mysteriously."

Sami panicked. He wore flip -flops to be safe.

On the third day, The phone was gone. So were his socks. Even the ones under the bed.

Later that week, a news story broke:
"Girl Claims She Has Magical Phone. Uses It To Predict When Her Brothers Will Fart."

Now Sami spends his days searching for the phone and his socks. He stills has no answers. Only one question:
" Who programmed this phone - and why did it hate socks so much?"
