It is really about coming back home to 'the only Truth lies within onself', decluttering external Truth step for step. So at first we have to realize that thoughts we have might not be our own inherent thoughts in the first place!

To the weaknessess, I think they are great! How boring if we only had strenghts. Weakness allows each one's unique gifts, personalities and strenghts to shine even stronger, and when several Souls with their uniqueness come together they build a perfect team!
