For many people, the act of eating represents a passion, an indulgence, a complete enjoyment, or a necessity. In its primary sense, eating is fulfilling the nourishing needs of our body's biology. For many others, the process of eating is a kind of energetic communion with nature. Plants and animals, as part of nature, contribute their energies to nourish the nature of the physical body.
Food, with its primary components known as minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and proteins, perform a revitalizing action on the human body in the form of a symbiotic relationship. Nature nourishes itself naturally by applying the law of energetic correspondence.
Human beings as social entities create diverse ways of preparing food in such a way that they form an entire gastronomic culture.
Once, some friends invited me to visit them. They welcomed me with a hearty plate of rice, an egg omelet, vegetables, and an arepa with cheese. I enjoyed the food with great appreciation, accompanied by good conversation. As I was about to return, I joined them to continue digging a hole in search of an underground pipe to connect an electric water pump.
