"Jesi karni , wesi bharni" is a proverb in Punjabi language which is in English language as "As you sow, so shall you reep"
The idiom emphasis on the idea that the consequences of our actions will be directly associated to the nature of our those actions. If a do good, she or he will receive good, and if she or he do bad, she or he will receive bad and they have to face negative consequences.
