Hello friends I hope you are great today I am here to take party in other interesting learning challenge that is SLC26-W2 // "Finger Foods"
1. What do you understand by finger food?(1 mark )
The small portion of food which doesn't need any utensils or spoon and we can eat it with hand or finger simply. Normally it's the part of festive, parties where we made it for starter.
These little bites allowed guests and kids to enjoy every bites with gossiping and it's liked by all age groups with convience. Few examples are chicken wings, sausage, mini pizza, and cheese balls etc these are few favourites finger bites which are liked in gatherings.
2- Make any one finger food from given recipes in detailstep by step with pictures . You can add ingredients of your choice too .
Well let's make sandwich which is a famous finger food.
The ingredients are as follows.

| Chicken boiled with garlic and shredded | 1cup |
| Bread | 6 piece |
| Mayonnaise | 6 cup |
| Salt | as per taste |
| Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Egg | 3 |
| Veggies | cucumber and tomato |
- In step one I take chicken clean it and after washing boils with garlic until it's done, then shredded it. I cut the cucumber.

- I take egg beat it and cooked it till done I just added salt in the eggs. After that I added veggies in shredded chicken. Added salt and pepper and also mayonnaise. Mixed it well.

- I take bread and cut it's edges and applied little butter and mayonnaise. Then placed the cooked egg. After this placed another bread on it. Now spread chicken mayonnaise mixture over the bread and place 3rd bread.

3-Give some other examples of finger food that you like?(1 mark )
Yeah my family liked mini pizzas, sandwich, burger and wings and normally I cooked these finger food at home rather to buy from outside. Because In my view we can make it more good and hygienic in less budget and these are not so time taking.
4-Some tips for presentation of finger food. (1 mark)
Well the use of veggies of different colours and obviously the use of different shapes of platters for serving making it more attractive for eating.
