The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC26-W1 // "Introduction Of Appetizers". In this engagement challenge, I will share my talent and experience with you. So let's get started.

Of course I agree that appetizers are used to stimulate appetite. The ingredients used to make them are beneficial for our body, they can be eaten at home or by many patients. As a liquid food, this holiday is quite good. Appetizers are very tasty and contain natural ingredients that make us hungry.

Preparation
- Step 1: First, I will cut the meat into very small pieces and wash it well with clean water. Then I will cut the carrot and papaya into long slices and wash it with clean water.

- Step 2: Now add the chopped meat and soybean oil to a pot with four cups of water and cook it on the stove until it is cooked.

- Third step: When it is boiled, I will add ginger paste, garlic paste, and stir for a while and then add the papaya. Then I will add the grated carrots.

- Fourth step: Now I will mix the cornflowers in normal water and pour it into the cooking soup and keep stirring continuously so that the cornflowers do not get cooked. Then I will cook it for about 7 to 8 minutes.

- Final step: When it is done, I will remove it from the stove. Now I will make a sauce with vinegar and chopped green chilies and serve it with the soup.

Because I did not need all the ingredients in 1 kg or half kg to make this recipe. I used the amount I needed to make this recipe, but I bought more. Because it is not possible to buy the amount I need from the market to make the recipe, I have to buy less or more than that. So the price of the amount I bought to make this recipe is given below.
