Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
As an appetizer, soup is a delicious dish that is usually tried before any heavy meal. It increases our interest in eating and also brings back the taste in our mouth. Many times it is seen that this soup is very beneficial for those who like to eat light and thin food. Soup can be made in different ways. If you make it a little spicy and delicious, you can eat it at any time. For those who are used to eating light and thin food, one bowl of soup is enough.
Today I have come to share with you a mix soup of chicken vegetable. Since there is a contest going on, I have made a soup recipe and shared it with you. I have tried to add different ingredients here and create a balance of taste. Due to the use of two types of sauce, it is tasty and also tastes good. Everyone from children to adults can eat this soup and it is very beneficial for our body.
Ingredients required for making Soup.

Soyasauce | 2 tsp |
Cornflower | 2 tbsp |
Step-1
First, to make chicken stock, I took some meat and bones in a pot. Then I boiled it well with one teaspoon of ginger paste, one teaspoon of garlic paste, and one teaspoon of salt for about 30 minutes.
Now, I put a tablespoon of oil in a pan, added the chopped garlic and fried it well.
Step-2
Now I added the chicken pieces to it. Then I started frying it well. Then I added a teaspoon of ginger paste and fried everything well.
Step-3
At this stage, I added the chopped onions, chopped carrots, and chopped tomatoes one by one and continued to fry them for a while.
Step-4
Now I added soy sauce and tomato sauce. Then I added chicken stock. I mixed everything well and cooked it.
Step-5
I took 1 tablespoon of cornflour in a bowl. Then I mixed it well with a small amount of water. Then I slowly started stirring the soup.
Step-6
At this stage, I added 1 teaspoon of black pepper and salt. I mixed it well. Then I added finely chopped green chilies. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, I took the soup off the heat.
Final result
So, I served the soup in a bowl. Then I sliced two lemons and served them on top.

I think soup is the best appetizer because it is a light dish that increases the appetite for other heavier dishes. Eating any kind of soup before a meal balances the taste of the food and makes it more enjoyable to eat.

Ginger:- Ginger is also a type of spice vegetable. It prevents various diseases in the body, besides increasing digestion and reducing nausea. Moreover, it is a vegetable with many medicinal properties.
Blackpepper:- It is a very beneficial ingredient that protects our body from various diseases. It also helps in increasing digestion. It reduces the risk of cancer and also helps in reducing inflammation.
