Cooking made easy: Manty
Hello my dear Steemians,
I have mentioned before that on weekend it i my time for cooking, I wanted to have something home made and also due to my time I thought why not to start proper cooking from scratch. That is somehting that I enjoy doing, maybe like a meditation. I have already mentioned that to my hubby few days ago and he already bought couple of stuff for that. So here it is home made Manty or dough filled with pumpkin, onion and minced meet.
Here are what you need:
mid size pumpkin
one onion
minced meat
little bit of salt and black pepper
I also add a little of vegetable oil and that helps to mix everything nicely.*
Here, how it looks after eveyrthing is mixed.
Quick dough, that I make very simple using flour, one egg, salt and som,e water.
The next is to create the small flat base, add the filling and just fold htemm together into such shapes.
I use such steamer for cooking and usually cook for 45 minutes. The result was very delicious.
