Vegetable hurricane - Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #6 Cut fruits and/or vegetables."
Vegetable hurricane.
Is there such a thing as a vegetable hurricane a tornado consisting mainly of vegetables?
Of course such tornadoes happen but it is a seasonal natural phenomenon.
As a rule the season of vegetable hurricanes begins on holidays, especially on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve on birthdays when our tables are bursting with delicacies many of which are essentially chopped vegetables but combined together maybe with the addition of meat fish and eggs and this is what we call solatas.
It does not matter how large or how small you chop the ingredients of these salads mayonnaise will hide everything lol.
Of course if you don't like mayonnaise I can't insist on it use whatever you like best the main thing is that this binding component combines all the flavors of the vegetables you cut.
It can be vegetable oil or svetana, but personally since childhood, I prefer mayonnaise in salads good high-quality perhaps home-made from vegetable oil eggs buckwheat sugar and salt and that's it whipped with a blender until you get a salad dressing called mayonnaise.
But, I like it when everything is chopped smaller but it's quite labor-intensive considering the fact that you need to fill a fifteen-liter basin with salad dressing.
Such salads are usually called winter salads they probably need to have a lot of energy to maintain vital heat on harsh winter days and the summer version of cutting vegetables in general can be completely different.
Basically in the summer cutting vegetables is generally blasphemy lol because you can just drain them and bite off or cut them larger like these slices of sweet pepper and cherry tomatoes can be bitten off like that.
This post is my entry for the competition Weekly Contest, "Playing photographer #6 Cut fruits and/or vegetables." / "Jugando A Ser Fotógrafo #6 Frutas y/o Verduras Cortadas."." organized by Dear @adeljose.

Greetings, friend @barski
Salads are excellent to share with any protein, even bread is ideal. The vegetables are very well chopped. I think I see some corn kernels that give it a special touch.
Thanks for joining the contest.

Yes, there is corn, green peas, boiled eggs, cheese, two types of sausage, in addition to vegetables :)
I don't know how my wife manages to chop the salad so finely, I wouldn't have the patience for it.
Thank you!
Blessed day!
Yes, mayonnaise is a great invention! :)
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment!
Have a blessed day!
