Everything changes, this phrase is so often found in poetry and prose that it is difficult to disagree with it.
This phrase has many derivatives, for example, you remember the proverb that says that you can’t step into the same river twice?
Yes, gray hair and wrinkles appear, green leaves turn yellow and fall off, plaster begins to fall off the walls of houses, and the front doors to the front door can rust and strange inscriptions appear on them, the creation of generations that have replaced past generations.
But, among those things that remain unchanged, we can note a broom tied from some branches and with such a broom janitors swept the yards hundreds of years ago and continue to do so to this day.
