I'm finally starting to understand these eternal searches for curated high-quality content on Steemit. The desire to reward good content is great.

It is worth considering that Steemit will not be able to buy all the high-quality content that is available on the Internet. Therefore, probably "quality" should include several varying criteria: depth, novelty, sociability of the author, financial behavior of the author.

In all this, I am particularly interested in the desire to expand the reach of users by curation. Many Steemit users post good content with regular rewards. But the goal is not to collect as much content as possible, but to curate as many users as possible. This means slightly reducing the "quality" requirements for a larger "quantity". The easiest way to do this is to make a list of awarded authors and try to supplement this list.

It is interesting to check whether the recommended review program takes these criteria into account.

Посмотрела предложенную программу статистики: количество постов, количество слов в постах, самые активные авторы, принадлежность к клубам. Похоже, в курировании всё гораздо проще, чем мы думаем.

I looked at the proposed statistics program: the number of posts, the number of words in posts, the most active authors, membership in clubs. Curation seems to be much easier than we think.

That's not per se the case. It also means that you can not receive an upvote, no matter how active you are because you are downvoting, Does that make sense? Perhaps to some, the reality is that sooner or later most steemians will for one reason or another.

  1. No idea what you mean but it sounds you want to go back to the SEC situation where friends were benefited, no one cared about good and comment were AI generated. Or am I wrong?

  2. Steem and Steemit should be promoted but there isn't one place where this can be done best. Many seem only to have access if they use VPN next to fact the platforms like X, Instagram and you name block many posts so you are never sure what others can see.
The only option I see is if the "name" is integrated in personal/"average" sites of users worldwide for its visibility. Sites that can or will not be banned by google.
Removing the @hive-xxxx didn't help to make posts visible and since AI is the first info sourch and people believe everything is true this means Steemit doesn't exist.

  3. No, not recently.
The overview is useless for me. It doesn't show what I am looking for unlike what @aneukpineung78 built.

 yesterday

Greetings, friend @wakeupkitty

I'm referring to community participation in the Steemit challenge. For example, I can say that it would be a good idea to select 20 communities each month, with 5 of those communities hosting the challenges each week (4 weeks per month).

It's true that some social networks are very sensitive about the content shared on them. On the other hand, people are now limiting themselves to using AI to generate content and images, which is crippling businesses related to this topic. There's a challenge ahead in trying to reach more people.

What difference can you share with us between the two apps?

So you want the SEC concept back.

I doubt more AI generated text appear it always been there.

People post, communities have their contests and no way there will an increasement of "good content". This besides if the fact no one knows what good is and the average Steemian is not creative.

What you want is the same communities ruling and dominating how Steemit should look like,a platform where a niche or topic will again be invisible, 5 steps backwards.
Will this help Steemit to grow? Why not start and reward commenting more?

Thr difference is that this is just an overview of who knows what (not a single link, no way to check of what is counted is content that fits to the tag. Hashtag abuse is sky high. After all those years people still have no clue what the use of a hashtag is. Kind of sad and if we manage to make Steemit visible we better work on thati like to see the list with hashtags back, the best. Communitues could set a few unless it's not a topic any sane person person would use to google.

I find your point of view interesting, wanting to expand the scope of support, but you want to summarize it as supporting comments. The example I'm giving is intended to make more communities visible, because the range of prominence will be greater, and not limit the power of selection to a few.

I agree that we should promote awareness about the proper use of hashtags and quality content (which we do find) on Steemit, beyond our own preferences.
