GET SUPER STRONG LEGS IN 1 MONTH

Get strong legs in less than a month!
As you can see on the picture, that is me doing a dunk, and I am only 5’5”, i’m not kidding. All I did was make a routine for my everyday life and see the results after a month.

Here’s what I did:

  1. Wake up 5:30 in the morning and JOG.
    -Minimum distance is 3km, and maximum is 5km or more
    -After you jog, do some leg stretches so that you dont sprain your muscles.

  2. Do a Hundred Squats.
    -Make sure you are well streched after the jog, and have enough space to do such thing.

And lastly...

  1. Jumping Rope (100 reps)
    -Again, make sure you have a large amount of space.
    -If you want to kick it up a notch, do 50 reps each leg, that will strengthen them even further.

Now, all you have to do is do this everyday for a month, and see the amazing results!

Note for noobies:
If your just starting to exercise after you’ve seen this, you might not be able to do this completely. My advice, do everything I just said HALF it! 1.5km jog, 50 squats, and 50 skips.

Some good advice. I need to get back into the habit myself, it's been a while.

Yeah it's good to balance everything out,social networks,friends and family , IFC , and most importantly your health. The key to this is to do it regularly
