Celebration of love or lust

in #words7 years ago

Itz so heartbroken to see male and female of nowadays talking about valentines day as if they truly know and meant what it stands for. Although many think itz just a day where we go outing with the opposite sex and havr fun not knowing that, there is much more to valentine than just a sho of fake affection that only ends in fornication... It is of now doubt that the most sold commodity on this day is always the instrument of fornication called condom... The question now remains where have got it all wrong, civilization had turn the tide of time which in the days of our fathers, d day is so special dat all they do is to give gift not expecting or having an uterior motif, hardly will u see a guy take a girl out on val without having to get her back to his bed....
To some this day is d day when destiny of some are buried for life and it is also the day when some find true love and happiness but majority sees this day as an avenue and opportunity to let losse and commit the greatest mistake of their entire life....
Today is dat single day when the journey to abortion started for some ladies, a slight mistake causing some girls to lose their self esteem and pride to that boy who happens to be a player.... And for some time some ladies have been planning on how to lose their so called virginity all in the sake of becoming a big girl.....
Itz a pity that some guys also are planning to do all what it take to get that babe to sleep with all in the sake of adding her to the long list of girl he has touched...
It bruise my heart that mostly ladies are at the receiving end, yet they never stop and thingd never get better....
Then i begin to ponder and wonder if valentine is worth celebrating if we were to deflect from the original meaning which is to show love not a moment of lust which is the sole purpose and desire of the populace......

The question remains...Is val celebration of love or lust.......the answer lies within u........IMG_20180214_114114.jpg
