Cigarettes end collector to welcome the Russian World Cup
Six cigarette end collection boxes were set up on the seaside of Jinmeng bay in Qinghuangdao City, Hebei Province. The box is divided into two compartments, each labeled with the name the possible winning team of the World Cup 2018. People could vote for the
team they support by putting the cigarette end into the compartments labeled with the name of the team.
After the World Cup, the local committee will change the theme of the vote, which can better educate the visitors and citizens to put cigarette ends into the collector. #fifaworldcup #FIFA2018 #WorldCup
