Women, please get your mammograms!
This is a pic of me waiting to get a mammogram. I had gotten one last year but because I'm 50 they wanted me to get another one when I switched to new insurance. This time they found an irregularity, I pretty sure it's nothing bad but we are checking it out. Apparently when women get older they can develop "crystals", and these crystals can be a problem in a small percentage of women. So this is just a friendly reminder to take care of your bewbs!

And thank you for the compliment. I just try to keep a good moisturizing skin care regimen in the mornings and I use sunscreen. :)
Nice! That sounds like a good routine. I do not use sunscreen nearly enough!
Wow!! you look like you're 35. I dutifully help my girlfriend check for lumps whenever I think she'll let me get away with it :P

Yeah that's important for sure, I always forget myself. In my case I don't think it would have been picked up. These little crystals are tiny.
