Just a quick question: are the servers hosted in a) multiple datacenters and b) from different providers?
If not - then now would be a time to do that :)

Couldn't agree more. We are already in the process of setting up multiple machines in different areas. As soon as things stabilize we'll provide a follow up on the new setup.
