I AM Pleased to Announce Minnow University!

As a moderator of MSP at PALnet, I have seen hundreds and hundreds of people asking the same questions about Steemit and other Condensor platforms that access the STEEM blockchain.

Mission Statement:

Educate Minnows on how to thrive on the steemit platform beyond the freebies. The bots will help, but they will not teach.

Give a minnow an upvote and he will receive a payout in seven days, teach a minnow to blog and he writes for a lifetime.

Goals: The main idea is to have a resource center for minnows to actually LEARN how to steemit correctly including articles, videos, and personal guidance

Purpose: Give back to the steemit community as a witness project

So on the witness front:

As far as the Server is going, it's a boring month to report, everything has been smooth sailing knock on wood. I WILL be upgrading to a 32 GB server at the end of the month to ensure I stay up-to-date with the current witness situation.

And while there has been some talk at Steemfest about changes on how witnesses may be run in the near future, I do not have enough information to wait and see. So 32GB will continue as planned.

I am currently sitting at 5.900GV which has me in position 71 (effective position 66) I am seeing 7 to 8 blocks per day right now. My short term goal is to reach 10GV so that I may be listed as an official MSP witness on the PALnet server. Thank you to each and every one of you that has voted for me.

Hey Shane, what else do you do?

I am part of the new Finance Committee with fellow witness @followbtcnews. We have just launched this group where we will work together to help MSP make sound and wise STEEM investments on the platform to help our minnows grow their accounts.

Besides the witness and moderating at MSP, I am also involved with three bot accounts.

I have few radio shows at mpswaves.com that I take part of. I am not always on mic, but I run controls for each one.

• Steemit Musicians: Hosted by @isaria and @krystle - This is a show that highlights the best open-mic entries for the week.
• The Darkside: Hosted by @isara and @sunravelme with @torico - Discussion on different topics such as dream analysis, physcological issues, and whatever else comes up
• Steemit Creative: Hosted by myself and @isaria - We discuss fantastic art that we have discovered or has been submitted to us.
• Peace Academy: Hosted by @isaria and @aggroed - They discuss ideas and tricks on how to avoid and deal with conflict. - I do not run the controls on this one, but I am on the sidelines to help on @isaria's end
