Drawing process

first i made the initial sketch then i placed a flat color in a layer beneath the sketch layer. i keep them separate. and then i added highlights and darker colors for the proper shape of the face.
after using the big brush for a while i added small details and then i did some blending of the colors. the colors are not smoothly blended this way it would look like a painting with traditional painterly style which i love
