• IP address 192.168.1.2 on the second computer

• Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 (for both computers)
• Then Press OK.

• Click Start (Windows logo) >> Click Control Panel >> Click Network and Internet >> Network and Sharing Center >> Change advanced sharing settings

3. Open Windows Explorer then right click on the folder you want to share. Then select the sharing tab and press the share button. Then you will see a screen like the one below.
