How to disable update on Windows 10

Hi,Everyone on Steem
if you have a problem when windows 10 update such as your computer very slowly or disk usage 100% etc.
i have resolved this issue. so easy step by step

1.click on windows button or search at taskbar and typing services when you see services click on that
2.waiting until services show popup and then scroll down to Windows Update on name tap
3.double click Windows Update you will see popup again please click drop down on Startup type: and choose Disabled and click Apply
4.press Stop button on Service status: waiting until change from Start to Stop and then click Apply click OK
5.check again Startup type: must Disabled and Service status: must Stop if everything has fine close all popup and restart your computer
6.after restart please do it again for make sure Windows Update Disabled and Stop
7.Defragment your hard drive. double click on This PC and right click on C drive choose Properties click Tools tap->click Optimize on Optimize and defragment drive and then click Optimize your all drive waiting until fragmented may be take along time after finished restart again.your computer should be better maybe take one day
8.if your computer still slowly. please upgrade your hard drive to SSD and disabled Windows Update
