That said, it's a bit Boomer / out of date.

Most of the list is easily recoverable and isn't urgently needed anyway. Medical living will, medical proxy are probably important if you have them (this is a scenario where people may be under emergency care, sadly) and maybe aren't clearly included under "documents" and "power of attorney".

But the main thing people should have is the 2 factor authentication (including reset keys) and the usernames and passwords (in their head or however they need to). It's a blocker if you don't have that, and most of the other things can be bootstrapped via that.
