Yeah...I removed the "money" aspect from it a while ago...Makes it more pleasurable. I get more disappointed when I don't get some comments than when I have a lower payout. Sure, collecting steem is good, but engaging with cool people, having fun, learning, teaching...That's where it's at for me.

Yeah, the comments are what is all about. I would rather have them than get all caught up in the magic internet money. It's what I hate most about the bear market and the number of users is the downturn in the comments

If only more thought about the enjoyment to be had here instead of the fairy tale money. I mean seriously, they pour their heart out on Facebook with no fucking hope of monetary reward, but here when they find out their post only got 0.05 in reward they be like, "nah man, steem is shite! It sucks balls because my comment didn't get a vote too."
