PayPal users receive warning email about cryptocurrencies

"My account is 17 years old. This morning I received the linked email in my message. "Friday, March 16 Mr. Veksler, and presumably a sizable portion of almost 200 million PayPal users, received an apparently official email from the company, with letterhead, titled Cryptocurrency warning.
The popular online payment system of two decades ago includes founders such as Peter Thiel and Elon Musk.
The company's revenues are routinely classified in billions, and it operates in more than 200 markets and in 25 currencies around the world.
Paypal is often seen as a direct competitor of cryptocurrencies, which wish to eliminate their centralized business model of daily transactions.
The company has made contradictory statements about virtual currencies in general and Bitcoin in particular, but there is no denying that they can see the future, since just this month it was discovered that the company applied for patents related to cryptography.
