Since you recently made some scones, and that involves yeast, (I think, I should have looked closer at the recipe), the yeast percolating phase? So my guess is yeast and flour and sugar initial mix rising.
@bashadow haha, nope no yeast was used in the making of the scones lol. It was a bear, I will be giving an additional @sbi share to who ever can tell me what type of bear.
