Or, a civilization could be so advanced that it can create an entire galaxy, seeding our planet with life and seeing how it develops. When we become a peaceful globe, maybe we will be allowed to know the truth and join the "others". Who knows? It's a better goal than nuclear war!
Being able to create an entire galaxy would be wild! Or maybe it could be done as a simulation on a computer as well lol. So many possibilities.
