#4-Entrain Your Brain
Hello!
Now you have got a small introduction to the world of the Auditory Entrainment. You were able to listen to some tracks, filling the theory with some practise. From now on it won´t become top-heavy, but only practically, any more. Let´s start today with a Power Nap.
This "short sleep" will lead you till the Theta state; there you will completely regenerate. For a quick refreshment, you are led back to 12 hertz. This Power Nap is lasting 30 minutes, well suitable for a lunchbreak. — Have a good rest!
