In the internet are many videos or tracks under the label of Auditory Entrainment that offer solutions for many, many problems: weight control, stress release, changing unwanted habits, pain relief, self-control, anti-ADHS, anti-addictions like alcohol or drugs, meditation, energy booster, better sleeping, sleep induction and others. Some work very, very good, some work and some do not work. I have my doubts about boostering sexual energy with Auditory Entrainment tracks, so I want you to tell me, if it works for you and how it worked. I am very interested in your experiences.
