I’m from Deadwood. Weed sure is cheap in Oregon. Great for the consumers, for now....
Once these rock bottom prices do what they are intended to do and bankrupt all the small craft growers who can’t make ends meet with the current prices maybe the consumers will realize everything, even cheap weed has its price. ✌️
I totally get that. I have several friends that grow for a living. Problem is that they allowed so many commercial growers that there is such an abundance that they have to sell it cheap. I mean as soon as I can afford a place that I can grow my own, I won’t be buying anymore anyway. Oregon is said to have nearly a million pound surplus... Supply and demand... and being that I have only been here for a couple of years and come from paying like 300 or more and ounce and 60-100 a gram for wax, I am loving the prices.
