hi , i m going to show you more pictures of the museum, this is part 7
the stone column of Persepolis , the human head and animal body

with a horned headdress , sign of divinity in ancient world ,and a long beard
is one of several different types of column-head at Persepolis , four different types of column-head had been identified at Persepolis : back- to- back bulls , back- to -back lions , back- to -back griffins ,(eagles with lions head ) , and back- to -back human with animal head like what you see here in the picture

The Marble Statue

it was found in Palace in Persepolis , 450 BC

it wrote that was found leaning against a wall , in a corridor of the palace , but it was certainly not it's original location

i liked it , looks so charming ,,,
