Autumn is the ideal time for walks and nature hikes. However, it is not easy to motivate children to walk. Here are some suggestions to turn every trip into an unforgettable event for young and old.

Bring two liters of unsweetened water or tea to drink. The picnic prepared with the children is ideal sandwiches with wholemeal bread, cheese and salami and various salads (potatoes, rice or pasta). But pay attention to the weight of food; do not forget that you will carry it on your shoulders all day. Also, prepare some small snacks to be consumed during frequent stops, they are particularly recommended: fresh or dried fruit, cereal or energy bars and various types of vegetables (e.g. cucumbers, peppers, carrots, celery).
