I have seen the catastrophic childbirth complication on an overweight mother with high blood pressure difficulty. It was a dicey situation with the mom's survival hanging by a thread.

Yea, such situations are always dice. I also had a similar one as I was diagnosed with high bp in pregnancy.
It's always good when these cases end well (with mother and child surging the ordeal).
