Madefax against violence: HATE SPEECH

Evening my steemit friends, hope you really enjoyed yourself for today, as today is fast going to clock end!. So am sure your day was splendid, no doubt.

Am here for you again to open your mind to judge this as well with me, on issue tagged 'HATE SPEECH'.
I Heard about it, think deeply concerning it, but couldn't digest it all was why am bringing it on board for you all my fellow elite steemit brothers and sisters to see to it with me, and place your own view in my reply box, so as not to get confused totally about the above named tag.

Hate speech from my own view happens to be words that are greatly controversial, about an individual or group of people, or a country's authorities etc. That can probably cause havoc, to destroy a life, or perhaps brings enmity between two or more people.

It is always controversial, and has destroyed so many relationships, and brought so many journeys of greatness to nought.

Hate speech can be said from father to the son
From son to the father
From mother to the father, or husband to the wife so to speak!
From masses to the considered rich or task masters
From members to the shepered of a particular congregation!
From the general public to their governments
And it went on and on like that till infinity.

Hate speech has caused alot of disputes, misunderstanding, misinterpretation of acts, conflicts, and wars in different spheres of life.
And this has cost so many lives, countries and races their peace in exchange for violence, when unpalatable speeches has crossed from one group to the other.
At times this words perhaps may not be true, but because we lack patience to investigate matters deeply before taking actions or reacting to issues!, we would have destroyed so many things as a result of hate speech we considered as insult.

*Hate speech may come as a result of bad leadership, from the follower to the boss.
*It may also come up as a result of jealousy, from the one who feels jealous of the other.
*Hate speech may come up, when the boss of a parastatals is not paying his/her workers salary as at when due.
*It may also be uttered when workers are not discharging their paid duties as expected by the boss!, that may come from boss to his/her workers.
*Hate speech may be uttered when felt cheated by someone or group of people.
*It may be uttered when playing politics to brainwash the public against a government or, from one political party against the other party.

Whichever way it may be uttered, it is not always good at its end result, because it is not always settled in an easy way, that's the more reason it is better avoided earlier than trying to resolve issues after the havoc has been caused.

Hate speeches needs to be prevented!, how?

Some countries of the world has signed it into law, to punish anyone uttering hate speech, no matter how strong and influential the individual or group may be.
Outside the law against it, there should be an avenue where people are orientated, concerning the hazards of hate speech, it's extent of damage it can cause to the peoples lives, and how hard it can take before such issues are resolved.
People should also be orientated about the numerous ways scores can be settled without uttering any controversial speech, that can worsen matter.

Dialog settles issues outside using hate speech at all.
Exchanging principles settles issues alot too, without using hate speech.
Tolerance also can go along way in making things right, without using hate speech.
The principle of 'SILENCE' to issues at times, for it is not all the time that you place a reply to matters.

So let us all try as possible to let others know about this tag called Hate Speech, so as to maintain a more peaceful society free from controversial words. Even though it's one the instrument of politics used especially in the area of declaring an ambition to run for a political post, mostly in Nigeria and some other countries of the world.

My Own Area of Question?

Are all words Considered hate speech, really bad words, that shouldn't be considered before reacting on it?
