look at their profiles, look at steemd.com for any post that someone tries to get promoted through them, and see if it is value for money

Byresteem upvote is worth 0.51 now at 77% voting power, but you pay 2 SBD or 2 STEEM to get this.
Don't make me laugh.
Correct me if I am wrong but is there a way to make profit with @byresteem, if so please demonstrate how?
