Yaa this thing kills even i as a minnow when i upload post ,my post becomes visible only to 5-6 persons.....i mean even if i upload post with good content ....i think this is the disadvantage of steemit ...minnows always suffer...
It takes time and work to build up a following. I believe that is still possible. It took me months to make anything much here. Work with people who share your interests

No, but don't use up too much good material early on. You can only gain from the votes in the first 7 days. Save some for when you have more followers. You need something there to give them a reason to follow
