This post is total bullshit.

a) Menstruation is a woman's body EXPELLING blood so what is on the sanitary napkin is not going into the body. The blood from the woman's body is being expelled onto the napkin.

b) The AIDS virus can live outside the body for about 6 days - this would mean that the napkins would have to be infected, packaged, shipped, sold and used within a six day window - this is hugely unlikely.
